These terms cover orangaai.com and the services Oranga AI provides. Oranga AI is a sole-operator business run by Eru Osborne, Gold Coast, Australia. Last updated October 2026.

The free Admin Audit. The Admin Audit is a free 30-minute call with no obligation. Booking one doesn't commit you to buying anything. If you can't make it, reply to your confirmation email and we'll find a new time.

What we provide. Oranga AI installs and configures Oranga Core in your business, and can provide optional hosting, maintenance and custom builds. The exact scope, price and payment terms for any paid work are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work starts. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Payment. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. Prices are in Australian dollars unless your agreement says otherwise.

7-day money-back guarantee. If the Oranga Core install hasn't given you real time back or a noticeable productivity boost within 7 days of handover, tell us within that 7 days and we'll refund the install fee in full. The guarantee applies to installs agreed from 30 September 2026. It doesn't cover optional extras such as hosting setup, maintenance or custom builds, unless your agreement says so.

Support. Each install includes 30 days of support after handover. After that, further work is quoted separately, or covered by an optional maintenance arrangement if you've taken one.

Your part. You'll give us the access we need to your tools (such as email, calendar and accounts) during the install, and keep your own logins secure. Oranga Core prepares work for you to review. It is designed not to send messages, move money or commit your business on its own, so you stay responsible for what you approve and send.

Your data. Your business information, documents and the knowledge files built during the install belong to you. We only use them to deliver the service. See the privacy policy for how website form details are handled.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

This website. We keep the information on this site accurate, but it's general information, not advice for your specific business. Results described on this site are real examples from individual installs and aren't a promise of the same result in yours.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
